The 2022 Housing Design Awards has shortlisted three Kent projects with LUC involvement.

LUC’s Landscape Design team is working with architect BPTW on:

• Alkerden Gateway in Swanscombe
• Ebbsfleet Harbour Village in Gravesend
• Rochester Riverside Phase 7 in Rochester

LUC is providing landscape design proposals for all three projects. The landscape proposals include exciting new parks, innovative street designs, and wider green infrastructure, all designed to support these flourishing new communities across Kent.
