LUC wins RTPI Planning Consultancy of the Year 2022
The RTPI has awarded LUC with the prestigious Planning Consultancy of the Year Award! Chief Executive Victoria Hills presented LUC with the trophy at the Awards for Planning Excellence on 30 November in London.
Our team was praised by the judges for “…imaginative and innovative solutions as well as insight research on client experience … LUC should be held up as an example of best practice, leading the way for diversity and inclusion.”
Since the RTPI presented LUC with the Award in 2019, we have become employee-owned, which helps to maintain our independence and to incentivise the team. Our Planning team has almost doubled, and we have continued to innovate, introducing carbon management and transport services, and our new Cardiff office has expanded our client base in Wales.
Philip Smith, Board Director for Planning at LUC, said: “I am delighted and very proud that LUC won the Planning Consultancy of the Year Award, especially so soon after we won the award in 2019. This is a great accolade to our committed, hardworking, passionate and innovative Planning team. Thank you – this is so well deserved!
“Thanks also to the judges for their generous words, and congratulations to all the finalists, those commended and other winners.”
