Last week we hosted a Women in Infrastructure event alongside recruitment consultancy Rullion.

Held in our London office, the event celebrated women’s success in the infrastructure industry. We heard inspirational stories from influential women on their achievements and career challenges.

Speakers included our very own Associate Ecologist, Sofie Swindlehurst, and HR Manager, Helen Ash, sharing the stage with Valerie Van den Hende from Sandy Brown Associates and Albana Istrefi from Rullion.

Helen Ash said: “It’s great to be part of this discussion. At LUC we are very proud of our progress with gender balance, but that is one small part of a much greater challenge for diversity and inclusion within our industry. I look forward to future events where we can explore different perspectives and learn from those.”
