LUC has responded to the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government’s ‘Planning for the Future’ consultation.

The ‘Planning for the Future’ White Paper sets out the Government’s proposed reforms to the planning system which aim to streamline and modernise the planning process, and bring a new focus on design and sustainability.

Over four instalments, LUC shared analysis and evaluation from our experts, looking at the impacts of the proposals against a range of criteria. The analysis was grouped around four themes; Infrastructure, Local Plans, Development Management and Design.
