The Trust actively guides the people running the business and makes sure that we achieve what we set out to do.

Being employee-owned gives us the independence to do things our way.

And grants every employee the power to shape our future, together.

Our Company Board is made up of representatives from across the business that we elect to develop and implement our strategy.

They are responsible for delivering the goals set out in our Charter, and are held to account by the Trustees on behalf of all the employee owners.
