Sofie Swindlehurst

Sofie is an ecologist with over 15 years' experience. She leads our Strategic Ecology service, and advises clients from a range of sectors on nature recovery, from audit and strategy to action plans.

Sofie's portfolio ranges from strategic landscape-scale nature recovery and green infrastructure studies to site-specific habitat restoration and management plans. Her work promotes collaborative development of cross-discipline initiatives to deliver nature conservation alongside wider environmental objectives.

Coming from a background in EIA, Sofie is well-versed in the design and implementation of ecological mitigation, adaptation and enhancement in collaboration with stakeholders.  Her strengths lie in an analytical approach to research and a drive to see genuine environmental gains realised.
